Performance Accessories flexible reducer molding offers an easy solution for completing your flooring installation between hard surfaces of differing heights. Flexible moldings are ideal for areas that require moldings to conform to a particular shape in which standard moldings are insufficient. To obtain the desired color, this flexible reducer molding can be painted with a latex or oil-based paint, or stained with a gel type stain. Once dried, this molding can be placed on top of your flooring and secured with contruction/panel adhesive or mastic type glue. Nails may be used to secure the molding material in place until the adhesive bonds. Reference installation instructions for additional details.
